Strange behaviour of a virus or the hacker.

Greetings to all! Two days back our technical support has received 17 calls.
Computers were with a login with language of symbols instead of usual system
fonts. Were absent half of registers. Anything strange nobody sees, the
Trojan horses, anything such that could specify presence of a virus or
hacker tools. Every day we receive a call on one - such two computers. Help!

To be honest, this does NOT sound viral in nature but the fact that this is on so many
platforms leaves me wondering.

Is it possible that a software update was pushed using the wrong language file ?

Perhaps, however there are no many keys of registers!
