Is it possible to link a child's local user account on a PC (Windows 10) to a Microsoft Account?

I want to link to a Micosoft Account to include them in a Family Safety App.It looks like it should be straightforward, but when I go to Settings / Accounts / Your Info there is no option to Sign in with a Microsoft Account instead'. There's just an option to 'Stop Signing in to all Microsoft apps Automatically'. Any thoughts?Thanks
