I've use my new gaming laptop for a year. Everytime I turn on my laptop and no matter what I'm using (play games, working, watching YouTube.), It will randomly have a stuttering (lag) for a short period of time (like 1 sec). To be more clarify, It's like my laptop got only 10 FPS for 1 second and be back to normal. During that duration, The screen is like 10 FPS, The sound gets lag, everything gets lag and after that 1 second everything get back to normal state.
