Microsoft just sprang the new Windows 11 Media Player on me on my Windows 10 laptop, replacing Groove Music. I occasionally still use WMP12 to rip CDs, but switched to listening with Groove Music because it seemed to do a better job of randomizing songs in shuffle mode. So my first burning question is, does the Windows 11 Media Player do a better job of shuffling tunes than WMP12? Second, does the new Media Player add volume-leveling information for songs as they are added (old Media Player can, Groove Music didn't)?If the answer to either of these questions is "no," then I'd have to say that
