does anyone know how to fix the error "You’re at the limit for the number of devices that can be used with games and apps from the Store."

it only happens on some games when i download them. for example, i download halo the master chief collection and this error pops up. but then i download Minecraft dungeons, and its fine. then i download Minecraft legends and the error appears again. this happens with all sorts of different games and is relativly annoying. does anyone think they have a solution.
