I've been signing in with a password for years. After an update it started asking for a pin, to which I don't know or didn't set up. I click forgot my pin and it's associated with a hotmail email that's been deleted and sends me a code to a gmail email address (the one I thought my computer was operating under) I put in the code and it takes me in a circle back to "enter your pin". It doesn't offer a sign in option to use the password. Logged in as an admin to change pin, email, anything but I am not getting anywhere. As an admin I don't have access to anything on my computer. HELP
