Why wont my microsoft store let me download anything ? it just keeps loading the install button

this all started cause my xbox app wasn't working then i tried to repair it and reinstall but when i went to go do that the store wouldn't load the download button so now I'm just stuck and don't know what to do. I would greatly appreciate anyone who can help or anyone who has some advice thank you
