Initially I deleted a Service which came up flagged as malicous, an unsigned file system driver (see picture for example). Turned out it was legit, Windows was not able to boot, throwing BSOD 0xc0000024, with no availavle tool I was able to recover, a backup image did not exist. I tried a recovery stick, repairing with an USB W10 installer, and with an other PCs W10 installation. Dell OSRecovery failed, could not roll back, W10 was also not able to trigger the menu (3-5 times hard reset) to start in safemode. Nothing helped to undelete the Service. How can such state be fixed?So, I reinstalled
