I keep getting a smart card error and dont know how to get rid of it.

I am trying to set up an automated task with task scheduler and I keep getting this error, I have never even heard of a smart card and dont know what it is or how to fix it. If you are unable to help me can you point me into the direction I can find help?Thank you
