What should I do when the windows security show something and notification show something about the virus?

Hi,Recently I used a removable storage and suspected that my device has been affected by virus. I also received notifications from Microsoft Security. So, I run a full scan from Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool(MRT) and Microsoft PC Manager. But they didn't detected anything. I suspected that it had been removed or had not affected my device at first, so, I downloaded another antiviruses :- AVG Antivirus and Gridinsoft. And got same results as from MRT and Microsoft Security. I also run many quick scan from Microsoft Security and got same results. But when I opened the Windows
