Hi....I will try an keep this as condensed as possible. On Jan 20 I bought a used laptop from a seller on eBay. It is a Lenovo P52. When I finally got the machine after it being lost in shipping, I powered up and the machine booted until a corporate login screen came up asking for my corporate email to continue. I do not have such information. I have contacted the seller and after some back and forth said "The MAC Address needs to be removed from a database" That was a week ago. I reached out to him yesterday and no reply.Since he last replied I have spent a number of hours trying to get arou
