I can,t seem to fix my nat type on windows 10 and i can,t join my friends partys i can't acppect there party invites

The last few days I can't fix my NAT teredo is unable to qualify and I click the fix button and then the NAT type is just moderate. I did try to reset my pc it still didn't fix it. A other problem I am having is I can't acppet my friends party invites on the xbox game bar in doens't alow me to acppet only dismiss I can't finding anything on how to fix it.
