I've tried to enter troubleshoot, but it won't do it. The laptop was working fine before the complete restart, and showed no signs of damage. So I can only assume it's something wrong with windows itself.Can't exactly use a USB with windows 10/11 because the system restarts every 2-3 seconds. Can't get to the login screen because it's restarting with no end. It flashes "64%" then immediately restarts again. It's been at 64% for a couple of days now.I don't have another computer, so I would prefer a way to fix this without another (if possible).
