The service Network service is using gobs of memory, at one point it consumed close to 4 gigabytes of it, typically now. it stays within the range of 1.8-2gb of memory usage. Before this issue, memory at idle would sit at 25% to 35%. Currently it is closer to 50%. My Ram is 16gb. I tried stopping the service, to no prevail, it just restarted doing the same thing. A full PC Restart also made no difference. Even tried some Windows PowerShell commands like "sfc/ scannow". This too did nothing. This issue started a few days ago, and I am not sure what could have
