While using a video player, Potplayer, i pressed some hotkeys to change subtitle size, CTRL+FN+3 on the number pad, when I did this, the player began moving the window down and to the right, right away a thin black border appeared on the screen on both displays both 1920x1080 60 hz. All intel graphics settings and windows display settings say that the screen should be normal and at optimal resolution, and even a screen preview on the intel graphics control panel shows no black border, however no settings seem to change the screen fit at all.
