My laptop randomly stopped working. Blue screen, says critical process died. I've tried probably every troubleshoot I could find searching Google. All options on the recovery troubleshoot menu. Startup repair, uninstall updates, system restore, etc, none of that works. Nothing will get my laptop to boot. I downloaded a recovery tool on a 128GB exfat ScanDisk USB. I put it to the top of boot on BIOS, I tried booting with it on the boot menu, I tried the "use a device" option on the recovery menu. All leads back to the blue screen. What can I do to reinstall windows?? I was able to open notebook
