How to downgrade from windows 10 to 8?

I have Toshiba laptop windows 7 core i3.So like years ago I upgraded it to windows 8 and it was ok, after that months ago i also updated to windows 10 and now its really slow and not responding as actual.So I downloaded the source of windows 8.1 from the website and tried to install it but it was always showing me this “Setup has failed to determine supported install choices” . So in this case what should i do?
