Hello, i was today trying to download an OS to one of my CDs and DvDs but the problem is that it says its not empty or something like that. Could that be since i use PowerISO or something like that since it says the disc is not blank even tho the disc is never formatted or burned. Some of disc could have a bit of MB used but again there is no files. If you woundered "did you tried to erase files or wipe whole CD/DVD?" Yes i tired but the problem is that the option to erase the disc is disabled(Greyed), but formatting is still there but through some of these topics i seen that the CDs and DvDs
