I was using Nord VPN while torrenting with uTorrent and my windows security settings randomly stopped and uninstalled uTorrent thinking it's a 'potentially unwanted application'. So I disabled windows firewall and reinstalled uTorrent and it worked for a while until the internet randomly stopped working. Chrome gives the 'ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED" warning, but it's not just chrome, it's all browsers and applications on my laptop. Other devices in my home can connect to the wifi so it's not the wifi and my phone hotspot also doesn't work with my laptop. I have tried restarting multiple times,
