Hello,My second user profile on my PC was corrupted so I fixed that by going to registry path "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList"Like from the last 2 folders that have long name there was another one below that and I deleted it. Now I can't make another profile and apparently I don't have privileges' for certain tasks (like changing services to disabled or Manuel).I tried system restore which i had 8 ones around 50 gb but they all are gone. I need immediate help. I cant update my pc too. I don't have a backup because i though system restore wo
