Recently i installed Windows 10 on my computer and i noticed that my internet speed is limited to 100 mbps (i get 200/50 from my ISP). Its not the problem in cables, router etc, because i have more computers in my house and everywhere speed is fine, i even was carrying this one in other rooms to test it and it was always the same. I called my ISP its not them, router is not limiting my or any computer. I even bought new network card and its the same. I tried almost everything i found on this site: reinstalling drivers, changing autotuning status, changing speed and duplex, trying different dns
