I have a unknown subscription to my account that doesn't show on my account

I have been getting charged for a few months now for a subscription for $8.32 that I am not paying for that I just noticed. When I contacted the support number it just tells me to go to the website to see and cancel my subscription and hangs up. I need actual help canceling this.
