Does anyone know how to fix this?

I cannot connect to any Wi-Fi I have tried a different external Wi-Fi antenna and even updated all my drivers. I have even watched tons of videos explaining fixes I could do but none of them worked. I have tried so much stuff and I am starting to wonder if it’s my internal Wi-Fi card? I hope not. I’m getting so tired of trying to fix this I just wanna go back to using my pc can someone please help me?
