Microsoft Agent activated my Windows with a temporary key instead of retrieving the one I purchased, what do I do?

Last month I had to replace my motherboard and processor and with that came reinstalling Windows 10. I had previously purchased my Windows key, I even have the order number for it on my account from when I did. I didn't have a wifi connection when I installed Windows so I clicked to activate it once I did have an internet connection on the initial start-up screen. Once connected to wifi I go to activate my Windows with my Microsoft account and it was giving me errors. I was in contact with an agent via the online support chat. I accepted to give them access to my computer and they went through
