why does my pc meet the requirements of windows 11 and the update is not available

I just got my pc newly and had to update because it hadn't been updated for a long time. After updating it I went to check the requirements of the pc to see if it met the standards and it did and when i went back to settings to check for updates again it didn't show the update for windows 11
