hi all. have been given a desktop PC ( Dell optiplex) with this odd problem as i do a lot of problem solving with Win. have looked at articles on this. missing store . none of the various CMD based methods appear to work. have tried updating ( normal ) and ckdsk/F, sfc/Scannow, etc.. some corruption fixed. have run the powershell cmds as admin... doesnt recognise the cdmdlets. and store not seen in starttup, taskmanager, etc..ru8nning ws reset. exe ( store purge caches) gives a "package could not be registered " note.? options thanks.
