My wife's laptop got stuck in an infinite loop trying to uninstall the latest Windows update. Nothing can be done to stop this except by accessing the Recovery Screen, which I've done via the BIOS.This is great - I have some options but every time I try, Windows asks me for her account and password. She only uses the PIN to login and so the password is long forgotten. Now what? Seems silly that a PIN is OK for logging in, but no good for recovery. What are my options?(I should say I have her permission to try to fix it!)
