Every time I reboot my computer, the time in windows jumps forward three hours to UTC time. It does this whether I have it on set time manually or set time automatically, and regardless of the time server I use in automatic mode. My regional settings are set to Falkland Islands, and my time zone set to Montevideo, which is also UTC -3 and no daylight savings time (Windows doesn't have an option for Falkland Standard Time).I have changed the CMOS battery and it still does it, and in any case, the BIOS time stays correct which I guess it wouldn't if it was a battery issue?I also have a Linux OS
