I recently got a new internet connection installed on my computer fed by an optic fiber connection converting to broadband directly to my computer.Since this requires a dial up connection to be set up with my ISP which in turn provides me with better speeds there was no reason for me to not do it. However, since I installed it for no apparent reason every time I do something on the web e.g. Open a new tab, close a tab, start downloading something, etc. the internet connection flatlines.
