why is my pc keeps showing black screen after switching on my pc

heyso when ever i turned on my pc it just showing me black screen, no windows loading screen and not even my bios menu settings.. at that time my pc lights are on and all the fans are spinning but my keyboard and mouse lights are not on, i tried removing my rams to another slots and disconnected and reconnected my gpu but it didnot solve my problem, i removed the mother board battery and contacted again also it didnot help me eather.. is there anyone who can help me..??
