Hello... I need assistance in resetting my laptop to factory setting and everytime I go to reset my pc in my bios, a message pops up saying can't reset pc. Some peoples suggest to run dism /online /cleanup-image / restorehealth under cmd prompt as administrator and when I did that I get a error code 1009, registry database is corrupted. I don't have a copy of the window 10 with me as it came with the laptop and I had this labtop many years ago.The version of the window I am currently running is, 20H2, (OS Build 19042.1237)Appreciated if someone can provide a step by step guide and thanks in a
