System Diagnostics threw an error for a Plug And Play Device that I THINK is grayed out in Device Manager?

I recently installed a new graphics card and made sure to run a DDU to do a clean install of drivers. But since then, certain programs have been running exceedingly slow to the point where it took me 12 hours to work on 3 short-form videos (a minute or less in length) because Premiere and Firefox were hiccuping like crazy. I ran system diagnostics and got back one error: I wasn't sure what device it was referring to so I opened Device Manager, clicked View > Show Hidden Devices and there were 3 grayed out devices in the list.
