Hi,I seem to be encountering issues with my desktop today and these problems are occurring:My taskbar is just showing up as blank when I boot it up and cannot see any icons bar the weather icon, the start, search, notifications and task view. Programs seem to take an age to open or don't open at all (for example, PC Health Check refuses to open despite it showing up in Task Manager) and does feel a bit slow in responsiveness when a program is able to show up although I need to go into Task View to see it which is making things incredibly awkward Windows Update in the settings is just hanging a
