My issue with context (1) and without context (2). (1) I was downloading some programs to run on my PC and I don't usually run Windows anti-virus or anything. I did a deep check and there was a "severe" threat so I removed it, and I messed with the user controls, I did NOT remove administrator privileges from anything, (this was recent so I would remember) or remove my account. I restarted my PC and the account "Admin" did not exist. I have 3 other accounts, 2 of them are my brothers and one of them is called (My name) -owner.
