Windows 10 Version 22H2 (KB5022834) will not update

Update KB5022834 does not install on my PC and performs a rollback after restart, similar to the issue described in Redirecting have tried installing the update multiple times through Windows Update, as well as downloading and installing the update file directly, but so far it has not succeeded.Running winver.exe shows Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2006)Here's a link to the CBS files from my system: CbsPersist.zip
