This is a bit long, but I'll try to keep it as short as I can while being very detailed. I have a Dell Inspiron 15-3552 for 6 years, and I've noticed that as the years go by, the slower the PC gets. Currently I have a battery problem; it doesn't hold charge for more than an hour, so I normally keep it on charge. But earlier today, it seems as if it was not plugged in properly, so the PC shuts off abruptly. Now here's where the real problem starts.
