Why does my system keep going back to the beginning sign in screen after doing a saved files & programs reset and after making system changes?

I ran a reset saving my files and programs and after making changes to fit my personal settings, I reboot and the system keeps going back to the initial start screen clearing my system changes and having to relog in using email and password. I have done this quite a few times and seems like it is not using my profile to keep settings.All my programs show in start screen's left panel each time I reboot but the settings I made are gone. Also, in my Windows/Users folder there is a Temp.SYSTEMNAME.003 folder that when I pull up properties is showing the entire size of system. It shows the same thi
