Why do only some of my files save, and then show the wrong creation/modified date in Windows Explorer while others show the correct dates?

NB - I've tried adding screengrabs and pictures to this question but it's not allowing me to do so. No reason is given as to why the uploads fail. I've raised a separate question about that. If I get a successful reply to that I'll resubmit this question with pictures.While saving some files using Fusion360 I noticed that the file creation dates were incorrect. Like weeks in the past. Initially I thought the problem was with Fusion360 and had a moan at them about it. I even went so far as to create a screen video showing my workflow and the issues I was seeing.
