Upgrade windows 10 pro to windows 11

When I start to upgrade windows 10 pro to windows 11 from windows update, I got this error message. "attempted write to readonly memory" error message. I am using Win 10 without any problems. I am using hp pavilion gaming 17-cd0014nt laptop. i7, more than 100gb free space ssd and single 8 gb ram. I made all updates from windows update. I run diagnostics, there no error. How can I solved win 11's install bluescreen problem
