I have a Dell Precision 5560 laptop running Windows 10 pro with a realtek built in mic and drivers. Drivers are updated by Dell recently as I reached out to them about this issue and couldn't resolve this besides reinstalling the system. Problem: the internal mic works fine, but no additional mic detects any audio. Details: so a wired cloudX headset, and a wireless with a USB A dongle CloudX headset along with a Razer blackshark wireless have been tested on this machine and the speakers work fine on all them them but the mics get no input according to the computer. we have confirmed all 3 w
