My Computer is very laggy and is skipping frames after windows 10 reinstallation

After having some problems unrelated to this topic, I decided to reinstall my Windows 10. After reinstalling the computer is running very bad with constant frame skipping and is very laggy on Windows . Some games like CSGO were i used to have 60 now i get 20fps with constant freezing etc. Even with minecraft were i used to get 100+fps now i get 30fps and its unplayable. This never happened prior to this.Things I tried: Using DDU to install the latest drivers AND the oldest i could find to see if anything would work but no luck.Closing Background apps Everything on my PC is fine (RAM etc.)B450M
