I had so much stuff on my pc which was spread out all my storage of little pictures and stuff and I wanted to factory reset my PC but, now I can't do anything because when I turn it on it asks me to sign in, and when I try to do that it says "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again." I click set up my pin and it says "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in." and "User profile cannot be loaded"I'm guessing this is because any data it has for my passwords and stuff is DELETED but I'm not sure.
