I've had a laptop for about 2 years that has occasionally frozen, usually in the middle of playing games. Recently got it back after a hardware repair and storage disk upgrade, and it feels as though the freezing is happening more frequently as well as when not playing games. When it happens the computer simply becomes completely unresponsive, audio stops and the computer accepts no input saved for a hard shut down. Interestingly I can close the screen and the display will go black but if I open it again it's exactly where it was when it froze.Any help would be much appreciated, it's becoming
