How do I check if a laptop I purchased is still linked to a Microsoft account?

I recently purchased a Windows 10 laptop (second-hand) and as a result gifted my older desktop Windows 10 PC to my nephew (after a complete reset and reinstall). A few weeks later I logged into my Microsoft account and noticed the older desktop was still listed under My Devices, and that I could locate it using the Find function.My question is this: how can I check that the new laptop I purchased isn't linked to the Microsoft account of the individual I purchased it from?In effect, I am now concerned that this seller could have access to my location.I understand this feature has to work like t
