downgraded from windows 11 to windows 10 and now Realtek Audio is missing completely. How would I get this back?

While downgrading I wasn't able to bring anything over from windows 11. I can't find Realtek audio when looking in control panel and in settings under disabled devices. no audio will play out of computers internal speakers without it. Headphones and external speakers work when plugged into the 3.5 jack. Any and all assistance is appreciated.
