Hello there!While reinstalling Windows I get an error (0x000000e) and it says "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired". At the bottom of the screen it says "press Enter to try again" along with "Press F8 for startup options" (I am describing this in detail because for some reason I can't upload a picture on here). Now, neither of these options work - both the enter key and F8 don't do anything. Before booting, for the life of me, I can't enter BIOS to change anything. So I'm kind of stuck. I can't plug in my USB to boot from it because I can't set the boot options in BIOS, so I can't go on repair
