Error code 2894

Windows 10, 64-bit. Error code 2894 when trying to install TurboTax. Have tried "winhelponline" and the instructions did not work. I got to "cd /d c:\windows\syswow64\" this is as far as I got. The next line would have been "TAKEOWN /F riched20.dll /a"
