I did not receive all updates on "patch Tuesday" for March 14, 2023. Was this the case for anyone else?

I did not receive all updates on "update Tuesday" on March 14 2023. In particular I didn't receive "Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2". I received the Malicious software removal tool and "2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 based systems (KB5023696)".Can anyone tell me if this was also an issue for you?
