Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 X64 Minimum Runtime - 14.27.29016_Won't install_Same error message I get when installing TONEX and AmpliTube 5

When trying to install TONEX and AmpliTube 5 I get message that can't find path to vc_runtimeMinimum_x64. Tried to install again using instructions from:Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads get same message trying to install the fix.This answer site won't accept my screenshot of the error message but says path to C:\ProgramData\Package cannot be found. A search of my hard drive does not find file either.
