Deleted XBOX Wireless Controller Stuck in "Bluetooth & other devices", won't delete or connect

Bluetooth & other devices is a section of the Windows 10 settings. It will contain your XBOX Wireless Controller if you have one. The pairing of this controller was very simple and it has worked well for three years. It has now stopped working. Here is what I see:As you can see "Remove device" is greyed out.When I turn on the controller, it does not connect. When I try to pair the controller, it does not pair.I have gone into device manager, under bluetooth and removed the controller.I have gone into the registry and removed the xbox wireless controller.After rebooting several times a
